This is great. I'm gonna use this in my boot camps and 1 on 1 training with my clients. One more thing, where did you get the audio in this video from? Is it like a CD, can I download it of somewhere or did you guys make this yourself?

Looks great. One question though I was under the impression that tabat circuits should combine lower body with upper body exercises or pushing and pulling exercises.Surely this is a combination of two total body exercises?

You had the right idea, but execution needed work. You are supposed to go @ 100% intensity, and you were only doing them at about 70%. You need to go as hard and as fast as you can.
