Mega Crash Video: 52-car pileup on German autobahn

A 52-car pileup on a German autobahn has killed 3 people and injured many more. The crash left dozens of cars in a tangled mess. The weather was foggy at the time but it wasn't immediately clear what triggered the accident. The incident happened in Gronau, near Germany's border with the Netherlands.

for those who don't know what happened: dense fog, two cars crashed, 2 people tried to get off the road, 1 stayed in the car, all got hit and killed by other cars who didn't see the accident, cars slow down, faster cars from from behind crash into the cars in front...

2yrs ago I was RIDICULOUSLY prosecuted for ‘causing public offence’ when my 20YO daughter’s horrible douchebag ex-boyfriend was killed in a road accident.
Loads of flowers & tributes had been left by the roadside where the accident happened, & I just thought this was wrong as it didn’t reflect the guy accurately. I put down a teddy with its head cut off & the message “ROT IN HELL”, signing my name. With hindsight this may have been poor judgement, but it was a heat of the moment thing.
