hey ed i could really use some advice, basicly i got a jazz bass nt quite a month ago, and the setup is really frustrating me. if ihave the strings set to high i can play on it, so when i lwer them they hit the neck pickup, and when i lwer the pickeup they still sometimes hit it, als the bridge pickup is allot louder than the neck and even if i get the bridge lowenough for the strings to stop hitting it the bridge p-up doesnt go low enough to even out the volume. what d i do THANKS :)

@cheeseperson03 - Take it to a good repair/setup person. It will cost you a little $, but it will be worth it.
