DePaul Community Chorus sings "Sim Shalom" by Janowski at their Fall 2009 Concert, Chicago. Stephen Blackwelder, conductor. Lisa Kristina, accompanist. Ian Geller, cantorial soloist.
Interesting. Look at how many people are here. I wish I had a recording of Chicago Sinai Congregation Quartet circa 1994 singing this.... Hats off to Ann Donaldson soprano, Deborah Guscott mezzo soprano, Martin Pazdioch baritone, and Ed Pounds bass. You always were, and I suppose continue to be, amazing.
Quite an exceptional expression of a masterful arrangement of this passionate prayer. Very moving. DePaul Chorus, Mr Blackwelder, Mr. Geller-- well done!
this was by far one of my favorite performances as a singer. i'm really glad this video is on here!

I once sang this in a choir. It is definitely a powerful song. It was hard to sing it.

@ashreipinkus I meant the song, in general, if there isnt a recording of DePaul singing it.
