Hmm... this fails on just about every level. Beyond the purposefully insulting choices of topics (which are so blatent that the "insulting" just turns into "annoying"), to the apparent comedic understory running behind those supposidely insulting elements.

BQ is comparing his own tragedy with this girl(and it is horrible on its own)to 9-11, which is clearly on a different level. The whole reason this song is funny is BECAUSE his experience with his girlfriend is nowhere near as horrible as 9-11. If they could be measured on the same scale, it would not be funny; then it would just be two tragedies. So, no, BQ is not a terrorist. He is acknowledging that, next to the events of 9-11, his own personal problems are laughable.
