Not quite sure what I did wrong. added the code to my html file. Mootools is downloaded into the same directory as my html file.
Used dreamweaver to edit. Not sure why it didnt work. Oopened it in both internet explorer and firefox. Firefox showed a blank screen. IE showed a javascript security alert, which I allowed to run....but nothing.
