Armin van Buuren gets his Order of Orange-Nassau Medal

At the end of his set at Citymoves Leiden (Queen's Day 2011), the Mayor of Leiden presented him with award from Queen Beatrix: an Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau. At least, I think that's what they said because I don't speak Dutch.
The crowd starts chanting something I don't recognise at 3:20 and then at 4:00 it becomes clear what Armin is going to receive.
