I have now found that there is an even better spot on the island, with 3 rock crabs by each other but its hard to get the timing right because sometimes they walk off.. im using it for training ranged atm

Seeing as though people seem to take more notice to top comments than they do to the info box, please thumbs up this post so people can see it,
THIS VIDEO IS EXTREMELY OUTDATED, there are probably much better ways of doing this now, but as i do not play runescape any more I would not know. At the time of this video it would log you out after about a minute of inactivity, which is why you had to keep your screen moving.
