I use to live in lafayette and know the lcg well . What threw me at the begining was what is that part about mind control while talking about the strobes . That threw me and took nearly the entire video to get me back .

The first time I saw one of the strobe lights, I must have been in the sweet spot or something, I thought a bomb went off or something.
In heavy traffic I was blind for 2 seconds or so going 40mph on Johnston.
It hasn't happened since, but still pretty outrageous.
I have enough to worry about without second guessing myself everytime one of the strobes go off and I just went through a light, which luckily I've never gotten a ticket from.
There are already cameras everywhere, no more.
