campaign figures (only marines, and odst's) have small br's because they(McFarlane) made marines and odst's and sgt. johnson figures too thin with puiny hands. but i think McFarlane wanted to put the larger BR for the tan scount and other spartans. HOPE you people know now.... Unless you already new about it.
