  • i've used this routine for the past two weeks and its killing me.i'm loving it!!!!what is the music you used for this vid.i'd love to have it to train to it.

  • @cheevo99 glad to hear that you use it and love it! The song is called "Love and Loss" by two steps from hell.

We now have post a new training program every week, just search workout of the week with Physique 180 to change it up a bit!

  • I don't have battle ropes...any alternatives that I can use?

  • @ProMidgetPunter absolutely. You can replace the battle rope with a jump rope raped around a pole (if you want to keep the movement similar).

  • Hmmm. Just reminds me of wrestling warm ups and conditioning at the end of a 3 hour practice nothing too crazy here just focus on technique and pushing the pace...

  • oh my god! those pushups tire you the fuck out! ive done everything in this vid for 3 days and i feel like a lil bitch, i thought i was good til i saw this

  • Thanks for posting the workouts, they are pretty intense!

  • Seriously thank you for putting this online. I have a hard time staying consistent with the same workouts. I usually stick to it for some time then get tired, but this is simple and quick enough that it never feels repetitive -- plus I think you get results. And it goes without saying that thinking you could wind up looking (even a fraction) like Tom Hardy or Joel Edgerton is all the motivation you need.

  • @physique180 thanks buddy.will keep an eye on your new training programmes.

  • @punkerbluhd There are steroids for that.
