i have been on a few 5 in water 45 on land its only 90 horse stock gm I6

I would changed to Rockwell 2 1/2 axles and run a Cumins I6 with a military Allison Auto over drive trans. If I had the money I would put in a Stuart jet drive for the water. And I would even drive it to go get pizza!

The true speed on land is 50mph to 55mph depending upon weight carried and the road surface/hill etc... on water its 6mph NOTE mph not boat knotts .... its all on the web + dukw manuals

yeah somewhere around there this one was in ireland so maybe he was trying to be careful. lot of drunks over there who walk on the streets.

i've been in one they are slower than slow i think the driver said it went 15mph on the road and only like 1mph on water.
