NBA I mean if even stephaniemillerk can actually dunk, then anyone can, I am precisely 5ft 7inchs tall no joke. You can do it too, just pretty much follow a real system like the one I am following (50-inch-vertical(dot)com), it will maximize your vertical jump and your quickness.

ok I see your point. only problem is we play a game by the rules and just because I'm big and strong doesn't mean I wanna get fouled hard. you saw the way shaq handled that, he just elbowed and threw his weight around, really hurt people. I think the fouling hard has gotten out of hand even in pick up ball. to me it just shows lack of skill when people need to put their hands on someone defensively in order to stop them.
