I'm a middle school teacher. Can I have permission to show this great video to all the 6th,7th and 8th grade students at our school? who ever smokes, you are a dumbass. why the fuck would you do it, your pretty much inhaling smoking from a campfire everyday, there expensive as hell, and you die a hell of alot quicker. who ever has smoked your a dumbass, idc if you did because you were stressed, peer preasure, etc. etc. you knew it was bad for you.

Today I'm 18 years old, I began smoking at 14 while my friends gave me this sh*t every day more and more.. Back then, I thought it was cool to smoke and a social thing, well.. I still think I'ts an social thing, but becides that i'ts all negative.. I dont want to have lung cancer when I'm only 50, when I still have about the half life in front of me!!

So.. I made a promice for my self when 2012 began, I'm NOT going to smoke a stupid cigarette in my HOLE entire life!!!!

I have to be honest, but these facts, like those about soda, don't really prevent people from getting addicted to nicotine. It is incredibly addictive. I was hooked for 30 years. It takes only 3 days for nicotine to leave the system, then healing progresses very quickly. It takes only 3 cigs or less to get addicted to nicotine. This is all anyone needs to know, if you are already started, don't want to start, or want to stay quit (if so congratulations).

you can develop "smoker's penis" from the negative effects on the fine capillaries involved in developing a proper woody. It's also implicated in Reynaud's syndrome. Painful numbness of the fingers. Look it up. A good a reason as any to quit.
