Great song.I also HATE WAR.I dont hate anything but war.=NO= to'THE WAR MAN,'- McCain. YES -TO OBAMA.. His middle name is not his game.O-B wants to hit Osama, McCain never even SAID that! What is in a name? A man named SUE/what would you do! VOTE EARLY, its gonna get BUSY OUT THERE!/LOTS OF ANGRY CITIZENS now. Obama is the ONLY one who EVER spent "low-salary TIME" on REAL -WORKING- PEOPLE-who GOT SCREWED out of everything.THIS IS A BIG MESS, he will do what he can, as FAST AS ANY HUMAN. OBAMA.

Even though Bush did a reasonable job in uniting the country after 9/11 he failed to act on a CIA warning in August 2001 that alQuaeda was actively preparing for major terrorist attacks inside the United States, possibly involving hijacked planes. New York and Washington were specifically named as likely targets. When presented with this warning he turned to the FBI agent and said "All right. You've covered your ass, now.". Other than that he did nothing but continue his vacation in Texas.

That wasn't "too bad" at all! You sang it like you meant it, which is what counts. But I'm not so sure that this is such a nice and wonderful song to dedicate to the troops currently in the field. Morphine addiction, poverty and death aren't particularly inspirational themes to send their way.

dear j the c sadly - it's not intended as a song of inspiration- rather - i think - desperation - it speaks to the reality of war and its tragic aftermath-something these yahoos in washington took too little time to consider before pushing us into the current quagmire tc
