I've been running through all the tracks on here for The Innocents. I forgot what a great album it is. I bought the CD back in 1989 after discovering Erasure for myself during a trip to England. I played it to death - there wasn't a bad song on it. Even my favorite artists always had a so-so song or two on each album. Not this one. Every one could have been released as a single. Those two guys are amazing.

Afterb seeing Erasure live last week in Brighton. Have been revisting this album whilst driving my van at work. These songs are just pure quality with meaning. (unlike the crap you get on X factor)

@TTTwinnie That's when I fell in love with them too. The song was so amazingly different than anything else on the radio in the USA. I instantly bought the cassette, I know crazy right. I had to upgrade to CD then. :)
