it looks very steep to me, you would benefit from having a certain depth of water in centimeters, although it looks like you should have abit there. 28g per ton is massive though. what size grains of gold in that sand? u are lucky as i live in france and ill be amazed if i can get 10 grams per ton in some rock eddies and u bends in a river somewhere round here.

its too primitive and low effect, high cost... U could install some 2 parabolic homemade solar engines (totally free) that produce electricity for pumps and make the water circular not to waste it.. A lot of other improvements remains..
