These truckers have the right idea, but they can't do this alone. It's time for ALL Americans to go on strike.

If every worker in this country stayed home for 2 weeks, politicians would be forced to take this situation seriously and do something about it. Would it hurt the economy? Hell yes. In fact it would create a "redistribution of wealth" that would turn the tables on the uber rich once and for all. Corporations would lose, and small business would once again rule in this country.

It's all Penn DOT's fault. I have complain about all the fucking truckers running through PA, and told them that they need to widen or improve the roads. But nope, they have a twelve year waiting list. Isn't that stupid?

Living in the wake of hurricane Katrina and Gustav,I've been offline,and this is the first I have heard of this convoy..but I support anything that would bring about a new consumer awareness that most everything we purchase has to be delivered..and most of the time, it's by a trucker. This isn't a new program...and though I am not of Mexican origin, starting a sentence with "no offense to ..." automatically raises the idea that someone will be offended. I am sure that many who live and work in the U.S.A. are enraged about the high prices of oil and gas. I think the entire point of the convoy is to say "united we stand..divided we fall". This is a war that we,as consumers,need to wage. Thanks for being open minded about this comment.

They need to shut the country down (and the rest of us need to join in) and demand that GW step down. If all of us stopped consuming for one week, we would dry up the pockets of the filthy rich who own this country.

yeah,go clog up the roads at morning rush hour,that will bring people over to your side. how about doing that in saudi arabia,or run over some sierra club faggots that keep us from drilling in Alaska. that might do more good.
