@Amtrak839 When moving Superliners, the diaphragms would rub against those on the single level cars. The baggage cars are the only ones that can run next to Superliners, so these are in dedicated service for 851/850 since the Hoosier runs to the Grove every night except Monday.
Yes, but they always have this same baggage car. On the side it says Buffer Car. So, why would they need a buffer car? Does it have something to do with shuttling equipment?
