Cooking for Gamers: Waldorf Salad

Ro teaches you how to make a quick, simple, yummy and filling salad big enough to feed your gaming group.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup greek yogurt
juice of 1 large orange
salt and pepper to taste
2 bags of cabbage
1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries

STEPS
In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients.
Then, mix dressing ingredients and mix all together.

@CaptainCathode Or before you cut it into 2 halfs, roll it against a hard surface with moderate/hard pressure, this losens up the juices and makes you get a lot more juice out of it

Top tip: Stab your orange with a fork, Then as you squeeze the orange wiggle the fork back and forth. THis will make the queezing easier and get mor juice from the orange.
