Here's the problem: All of this operates under the assumption that the system is fair. As if by knowing all of this the system will acquiesce. This entire system is tyrannical. There is no special way you can stop these tyrants from throwing you in jail. They answer to no one. If it was as simple as telling them "I do not consent to you arresting me" and walking away; they would not carry firearms.
Their "coercion" is not telling you off in court. Its jail and death.

@VietBoi503 (cont'd) ...not repeat the alleged contempt, I ask that you inform me as to the nature and cause of the alleged contempt. If it is criminal contempt for which you threaten me, please identify and bring forth the injured party so that I may address him or her and respond and rebut. If it is civil contempt for which you threaten me, please bring forth the contract that I am alleged to have breached so that I may review it, address it and rebut.

@VietBoi503 How I deal with contempt - shuts them up every time.
"Sir, for and on the record, it is not my intent to create, invite, foster or exhibit any form or measure of contempt. However, because I do not understand why you're threatening me with contempt, I cannot promise, not can I be expected, to not do it again. In order that I may understand the alleged contempt for which you've threatened me and thereby...

boku, what are the chances of them throwing this out? i need this dismissed.

here is my argument this court lacks subject matter jurisdiction because the prosecutor has failed to set jurisdiction under title 28 judiciary and judicial procedures under USC. If the judge says I have it the 11th amendment took that off of you and if you are bringing me in under title 50, that is briging me in as trading under the enemy. If he sais martial law I object because under title 10 333 i still have my rights and how did you even get in office if under martial law???

I am going to be very kind. The only witness has lied several times in the affidavit and contradicted itself but my laywers want 20,000 just for a rediculous case. I do not trust them. I was going to bring in a notary. State violations the prosecutor has made, felonies under USC. Also who is the real party in interest????? I am out on bail so they might try to revoke it or hold me in contempt. I can say you are trying to intimidate me and claim obstruction and terroist acts but can they get me?

i am fighting a crazy case. I've already been to arraignment and I am glad for this info but man I am scared to death. Every lawyer said If i choose this argument they will not represent me. One said if I use this argument, I will sit in jail for 18 months and beat it on appeal on the supreme court. I was going to file the coram nobis and coram non judice, appear on special appearance and state case dismisall for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under rule 12 of fed rules civil procedure.
I brought this up and the judge threaten to take a cop out (hinting at arresting me for contempt of court). So I ended pleaing not guilty. -__-'

@VietBoi503 Of course - the judge can't argue this, only intimidate, threaten, cause duress, etc. If they see in your eyes that you're not sure of yourself, they will steam roll right over you and flatten you like a pancake. It's a den of vipers in the court room.
