I have nothing to do with Tommy the Shark and I don't know who the guy with the bullhorn is, but this scene was too ridiculous not to capture it on video. Ahhh, Philadelphia politics.

i remember the guy with the megaphone! lol. i grew up with em' and we used to call em avalanche.. hahahaha. good stuff. he was a dick then and is probably worse now. but jimmy nix i still got love for ya.

Heard through the grapevine today that Tommy the Shark got shoved into a back of car at city hall today with a trashbag over the license plate. RIP Tommy....
