GOD is good. On January 20, 2011 a Lawsuit was Filed Against the Mountain Brook Schools Staff Who Denied Christian "Homeless" Students' Registration (their mother Glynis Bethel a traveling Fire-and-Brimstone preacher and involved in evangelistic outreach ministry throughout the United States which parsonage or living arrangements are in various hotels which the law allows her to be categorized as a "homeless" individual whose children get privileges to be enrolled in a PUBLIC school without being in a specific district or producing "proof of residency"). On January 12, 2011 a Student [her mother Glynis Bethel and son] was Physically Assaulted and/or Battered & Dragged Out by School and the Police Brutality was Caught on Camera. One of the students' knee was PHYSICALLY injured by both Brian Wood and Patrick Kelley as they literally dragged the student and dropped her on the parking lot pavement to prevent her from completing her registration paperwork, in which she was in the process of filing out at Mountain Brook Junior High School in violation of the Federal law McKinnery Vento Act 42 USC 11301 and the Compulsory Attendance laws)

On January 20, 2011 the lawsuit, suing for violations of the United States Constitution (1st, 4th, 8th and 14th Amendments), was filed against the Mountain Brook Schools Board of Education, Superintendent Richard Barlow, Dale Wisely (Student Services Director), Elaine Kent (Assistant Director of Instruction) and numerous principals (including Belinda Treadwell, Lisa Walters and Ben Hudson), and two police officers Brian Wood and Patrick Kelley who in conspiracy committed acts of assault and battery by physically dragging one "homeless" Christian student on the ground and physically injuring her left leg etc., for violations of the [unconstitutional] compulsory attendance laws; the McKinney Vento Act. and the Alabama Constitution.

(Please pray: Father, GOD in the name of JESUS, I repent for my sins. I believe that JESUS died and rose again for me. Please fill me with the gift of the HOLY GHOST, with the sign of speaking in "new" tongues. I receive JESUS by faith in JESUS' name. Amen.)

  • I just cannot understand people like you - you OWN a house (and the house is paid for) in one of the prettiest parts of Alabama, with a really decent schools. Yet you claim you are homeless, and this is just not true - ergo, you are telling a lie. So you should go where your uncle is according to your husband.

  • GOD is just. @teofanap you have to understand that GOD told me to relocate and to LIVE in different states so that I may evangelize and preach; therefore, we are "homeless," in what state we travel To. Can you take the house in Loxley and move it to the states we are peaching inside of? No you cannot. When we travel, we don't have adequate overnigh accommodations because we live by donation and the people are so greedy and tight they don't want to give us money. No lies here.

  • Well, get a JOB as a LAWYER! Then you A) Don't have to sue every school you CAN! and B) You'll know your damn laws and rights! Stopping conning people, spilling lies, and using god as a damn sheild! Get over yourself and stop being a BITCH!

  • GOD is just. @sasoriwuvr139 I know the law and this is the reason why I was able to LEGALLY enroll my children inside of a PUBLIC school supported with FEDERAL funds which allows ANY child to be enrolled. I have the RIGHT to access the PUBLIC school and I don't have to prove residency because I live in a hotel. The lawsuit is as a result of the school violating this right. Two other schools registered my children without a problem. Mountain Brook got caught doing there illegal things.

  • hmmm, did you have proof of residency??

  • GOD is just. @shadow42088 if you are "homfeless," you don't have to have proof of "residency." I guess the Mountain Brook High School will have to prove that I was not living "homeless," in their city which they cannot prove. Unfortunate for them, they are the ones who have violated the law and this is why they were sued. They have attempted to interpret the law. The turth is just what I said on one of the videos. They don't want poor, homeless or probably BLACKS inside of the segregated school.

  • GOD is just. @LovesScrumpy the children were NOT carrying "weapons." We are simply enrolling our children under the laws of the United States. The compulsory attendance law states that all children must be in a school of the parent's choice and we chosed this school. We have a right. We were not a threat. They have the schools segregated based upon income and the stupid "residency," requirement which I am attacking as an illegal practice. This is how white people have kept segregation.

  • I wish I were in the land of cotton old times are not forgotten, go away, go away, go away DIXIELAND!

  • why do you pple have to act like this, u know how ridicule u guys look?

  • Your daughter caused her own injury! They wouldn't have dragged her for no reason! She sat there and refused to leave after they told her you had to. Plus, If what they did was Illegal, it'd be on the news. Stop being stupid, and enroll yourself in a school for adults. Maybe you'll learn some common sense! OH! and having this video up here is ILLEGAL! I bet that not a single person on this recording gave you their consent to have this posted.
