How do you figure out the ohm load of 6 tweeters on a single channel before you buy all these?
-
at around 8:00 i thought you were moving fast cuz u cut or burned yourself but it was fast forwarded lol....

very nice your work man congratulation

@meade916 Yeah man! I don't have pictures of mine online, but I used one of the free plans over at cnczone (dot) com. It was all pretty much bolt together, and I used 8020 T-Slot aluminum for all of the structure. For circles like that, I'd build a 4'x4' machine to cut them all at once. If you're doing this all the time (I assume you do based on a lot of your vids), it would seriously decrease the amount of repetitive work you're doing with that circle cutter. By the way, I like your stuff!

that shit is sick!....i just finished speaker pods today and this makes me wanna re-do it
-
how thick is the wood that you r using the whole saw
-
So cute.
Man, if you're using CAD at work, you should definitely build a small CNC machine for mundane stuff like this. It would pay for itself very quickly when you take your time into account. You're drawing them up anyway, it wouldn't be that much of a task to export it into a CAM file.
