Try going into a factory that produces treadmills. You can't, it's actually dangerous because there are so many operations that need to take place. May just be me, but anything that requires such an extensive process to make can't be good.

you know about science and stuff right? slight differences on a molecular level can make a big impact on your body right? saying hfcs and sugar are basically the same thing is kinda pointless right?

You should be looking at it's chemical composition and how it reacts with what it's coming in contact with instead of assuming something is bad because it uses an extensive process. Farming is an example of an extensive process. So is surgery, medicine, and reproduction.

When you're not in full understanding of something, try doing your best not to make up an absolute to explain it. Instead, study up on the topic and build your understanding. It can be rather fun.
