  • @9893038003 As you wake up you could try to do some very twitchy movements like shake your head in the morning right after you wake up, maybe jumping and just take 5 minutes to not really think. Seeing as she said you wouldn't want to move, then thats exactly what you would want to do if you want to forget about it right?

  • I want to know how to FORGET about dreams -- lol. I have such vivid dreams that I can recall in bits when I awake because I believe that I'm unaware that I'm stressed before I go to bed. Typically, it's easy for me to think about people I care about or things I need to do before I go to sleep and, at that point, I'm so exhausted, I don't have time to unwind before hitting the pillow. I like this information. I also wonder if the reverse can be done. I'd like to have more restful sleep.

  • Well I was reading Silvia Browne back before becommign athiest and in her book "Dreams.."and something else. Well she said something bout writing your dreams down if you wake up. Don't get up for 10 minutes. After `10 minutes is when the dream usually totally fades. Anywho I wrote down my dreams for 2 weeks and remember ALMOST all of them now. I need to start back though so I can remember all, lol.

  • i'm not going to mention the second as its probably slightly more disturbing:D i've had stranger though.........if u do remember yr dreams its weird what yr sub-concious throws up @ u every now and again lolz

  • i remember alot of my dreams, pretty vividly to..........k the 1's i had last night were a guy had stolen this white or grey race horse and was riding it through this tall office type building and they both jumped out of a 3rd or 4th storey window without falling or getting injured then they were being chased by some Asian police up a street then they went through a field with tall green plants init and then they went past a beach where me and my family were with the police still chaseing them..

  • I rarely remember my dreams and when I do wake up with fragments of dreams I have done exactly what she is saying and I still can't remember them. It's so frustrating.

  • @mohammadpeace Because yo' alive when you go to sleep! But you can't go to bed dead and wake up alive, cuz that shit would be redundent!

  • i can never remeber a dream. it feels like when i fall asleep i wake straight back up and the time has gone within seconds.

  • I love how she writes on her pad with squinty eyes! LMFAO ♥

  • @rspivotmaster that used to happen to me all the time.... I cant really say it was a pain but more like a pressure that I translated to pain in my dream scape. It was still a bitch to b woken up thinkin that I was about to lose my lefty....
