he has great stuff, but has poor command and he is not clutch. He cannot get it done in tight games. this is his style:

1. gets 2 strikes

2. but then ends up at a full count

3. Walks the batter

4. same as 1, 2 and 3 to the next batter

5. then the next batter gets the homerun off Heilman.

This guy seriously make the bullpen a worst case scenario.
