I got the idea for soaking my Sultanas in Jamaican Rhum from my mom's favorite ice cream she used to get at Laura Secords when I was a kid Rhum n' Raisin. After a week the raisins double in size and they get nice ,plump and juicy, Every time I would bite into one in the bread pudding it shoots a burst of sweet rhum in my mouth,Mmmm it is so delicious

@sandpikd2213 You can use sultanas or just dried fruit, you don't really need to add anything actually.
