I ordered it off of eBay...you can order by the foot! It's an inch and a half thick...manila rope...and I have several 30-footers as well as a 50-footer (BEAST)!!!!

Very strong!! I like the pull ups, leg raises and knee raises. I love using these type of exercises in my workouts. I also do rope climbs with out using my legs its so good you should try it you will love it.
