WotLK World Event: Invasion!

This is the next phase of the WotLK World Event. In this phase, necropolises appear outside of all Alliance and Horde capital cities.

The zombie plague duration has been reduced to one minute, and zombies have been buffed.

Corpses and bones litter the ground in all major cities while Scourge mobs appear in the starting zones, killing all of the regular mobs.

This video shows all of the necropolises at all of the major cities, in addition to a few shots of the Scourge gathering outside of them.

I remember this happening a LONG time ago. like 2 years ago. i think it was this b/c i remember the Flameshockers. idk if it was Naxx announce or what but there wasnt a Plague like it was this year.

Yeah it happened for the opening of Naxx too, minus the zombie plague. They tuned it for level 70 players, too.

Try playing the game for fun for a week and not for gold... It was amazing. Run around and just infect people.

i never got to experience this. i wish i could at least make a private server and experience it, or better yet, blizz bring it back. why don't they listen to the fans? they could at least add a pre cata section to the caverns of time to where you can go back to vanilla WoW and shat.

In northrend in patch 3.3.5 there was one of those plague floating thing as a boss. NO LIE.
