I am also approaching my one year anniversary. Have you had a trim yet? I am thinking about having it straightened and getting my ends cliped.

Girrlllll!! I had to do a trim at about my 6th or 7th month. I had a halo of frizzies and my hair was dry and wasn't receiving product. That was when I discovered that it was my ends. I trimmed about one inch off of my hair and its been happy growing since..LOL .. I later found out that was "scab" hair from my relaxer days. You can research "Scab" hair to find out more about it. You dont have to have your hair straighten to clip your ends. I havent clipped mine since my 6/7 month-one inch chop

i started off saying happy earthday to people on their bday bc earthday sounded better. lol. then i hit my first year with my locs and started saying earthyear. now i cant stop. ha!

ive been to a couple of hair shows. love em! im going to a big one here in ny in november. its a loc show, and its supposed to be something serious. i cant wait.
