Eibhlín Dheas Chiúin Nú Chearbhaill. Irish, Air. D Mixolydian (Vallely): G Mixolydian (Miller & Perron). Standard tuning. AAB. The tune appears in the Bunting collection (General Collection of Ancient Irish Music, 1796), taken down from a County Down harper. The original lyric may have been by Seamus Dall Mac Cuarta, and east Ulster poet in the 18th century, but the air was later married to Thomas Campbell's poem "Lord Ullin's Daughter." Miller & Perron (Irish Traditional Fiddle Music)
