The gospels were written decades after Christ would have died by anonymous guys who probably never met Jesus & certainly weren't Matthew, Mark, Luke & John.

You don't get to A) hold onto Old Testament laws and B) claim your Jesus isn't the same asshole as that god. Pick one or the other.

@benthemiester Because unlike flying spaghetti monsters, the majority of the people around me DO profess to believe in and worship gods. You must realize this is the OBVIOUS reason why atheists comment on religion - people BELIEVE in religions. And those beliefs impact their actions, which impact all of our lives because we are social creatures who interact with each other. Duh.

@MrBabytard She is not.You were an atheist at birth(technically) and you the other people with different religions were most likely taught as children that it was truth , same as you and if that is the case, what makes christianity any more or less "true"? You learned like they(according to the bible the others are going to hell -_-)If you were taught buddhism ,you would be buddhist and so on.and FACT: the bible's info was mostly plagiarized from other books, scripts etc.

Though you have forsaken your God., God has not forsaken you. He still cares about you just as much as when you were a believer. He still loves you and will continue to show you His love.

Its not religion that get you to heaven or lack of religion that gets you to hell.

A true relationship with God is knowing him by name. Jesus having a life changing experience. Not man made religions or rules. Knowing his world and having a prayerful life and seeing miracles everyday.

Does an imaginary friend fore tell us everything? Read Matthew 24 and research Bible prophecy and then we will talk.
