i forgot to add.. dont forget to take vitamin c, cus its suppose to help your body absorb it. i get mine from amazon. im on a tight budget too, so i need good deals! :)

MSM is the bomb! It has help my nails to grow strong. I have soft nails and with the MSM they are harder and my hair grows faster. Oh and not joint pain! If you try it, you won't be disappointed.

@appy85 I also saw reults in about 4 weeks, Never had a problem with skin...but I looked in the mirror one day and my skin was glowing..like super clear...almost like I had my face airbrushed....even other people would stop & stare. Same with hair...I wear sew ins, I usually can go about 3 to 4 months with one but lately with my new growth only about 4 or 5 weeks its crazy.... Might not work for everyone, but its working on my end.
