What's new in GTA IV Part 1

Here's what GTA 4 have that no other GTA's didn't (If there has been a mistake tell me because I did not play all games but i'm pretty sure about this.)

You can hotwire cars.
Blood Spill On Car.( I don't think this is even a Minor change)
Go anywhere with a taxi.( You don't see Bellic there because your view changes to Niko's view when riding a taxi.)
Pickup and Throw small objects.( On the video there was no object shown. Either blame the video recorder or my view angle on that.)
Wear a helmet when in a motorbike.

Features that are not shown on Part 1 and Part 2:
Clean your filty car with a car wash.
Watch Television.
Use computer for internet in the game.
Every gunshop have the same stock with almost every weapons.
You have to get to a certain distance (depending on you wanted level)from cops to clear your wanted level.
You won't be able to use the Pay n' Spray to clear wanted level if the police can see you.
