i'm a ballerina, and it's often said that ballet is the most difficult art / physical activity- well, i hate to say it, but THESE girls blow the pants off of anything i could ever do. their dedication and discipline just floors me. their technique is flawless and even the younger girls seem to make it all look effortless. watching them makes me believe that they are not from this world, they MUST be from another planet, it's so magical watching them!

I know majorities everything in this video is Russia, they are amazing but keep in mind that Russia is not the only very good country with best gymnasts. Don't forget Italy, they are very good, and then the French, Finland, and many others... I'm a big fan of Belarus rhythmic gymnastics, and Russia too.

Cry, sweat, pain - but proud, winner, power character. Love it! I did gymnastic when a was 4 years old, and all that show here its true :) beatifull!!!!!!!

@xXxSPStyleLoverzxXx How can you ask that??!!! :O If you do RG, you suffer so....yes! it hurts! and not only physically but psychologically too! I did RG untill some years ago and it's a really beautiful and hard sport.
