UNLOCK iPhone 3g and 3gS on 4.1 & 4.2/4.2.1 firmwares

This video is going to be on Unlocking your iPhone 3g and 3gS running 4.1 or 4.2/4.2.1 Firmwares. You cannot install Ultrasn0w directly from Cydia to Unlock your devices on these firmwares. You will need to change the baseband to 06.15.00 (which belongs to iPad 3.2.2 FW) and then install Ultrasn0w from Cydia.

All detailed demo is shown. You will need new Redsn0w 0.9.6b5 to Jailbreak, then change its baseband and then install "Ultrasn0w" from Cydia to Unlock as shown in the video.
PLEASE NOTE THAT 4.2 IS SAME AS 4.2.1. THEY ARE 2 DIFFERENT NAMES OF ONE FIRMWARE.

PLEASE READ: IF YOU ARE ON 4.1 FIRMWARE ON YOUR IPHONE 3G OR 3GS THEN BROWSE 4.1 FIRMWARE IN REDSNOW. AND IF YOU ARE ON 4.2/4.2.1 FIRMWARE ON YOUR IPHONE 3G OR 3GS THEN BROWSE 4.2/4.2.1 FIRMWARE IN REDSNOW.

(Also note that if you have an iPhone 3gS and you get a 'fetching iPad baseband error' thats because you choose Yes/No to newer or older model option when redsnow asks you in the beginning. Meaning if you choose Yes before and you got ipad baseband error so now you will choose No option when Redsnow asks you your iPhone 3gS Model. It will be all set.

Note 2: Get MMS Settings for Tmobile by adding source in Cydia " http://beta.leimobile.com/repo/ " Then install T-Mobile MMS Fix". Reboot now. Then go to your 'settings' on your iPhone then 'general' then 'Network'. Here enter these settings just under MMS http://twitpic.com/3gcu5t Leave everything else Blank. Note 3: GET YOUR APN SETTINGS by going to this website from your Safari Browser on your iPhone www.unlockit.co.nz Then Press Continue and then hit Custom APN. Now choose your Carrier. When Carrier is chosen then press Create Profile. Then hit Install. Done.

@victoriousathome Open Cydia and go to search. Type 'Ultrasn0w'. Install it. Reboot. Turn 3G off. Done. Utrasnow no longer exist in iPhone dev repo in Cydia. You will only get it when you search for it in 'Search' tab in Cydia.

@jguzman13033 Reboot your iPhone. Connect to wifi. Open Cydia. DO NOT TOUCH CYDIA till it loads all its sources. Now go to search and type 'Ultrasn0w' . Install it. All done. Make sure to turn off 3G in Settings - General - Network

I need some help please. Before I do any of this I'm looking on cydia for ultrasnow. I'm gonna update my baseband to 06.15.00 so I could unlock it for T-Mobile. But on cydia there's 3 ultrasnows. UltraSnowCN 1.5,UltraSnowCN1.6b5, and Ultrasn0w fixer for 4.3.1 . And they all say "It can unlock Baseband 04.10.01, 03.10.01, 02.10.04 and 01.59.01, but I'm gonna have 06.15.00??? And I have 4.2.1 btw. Any help would be appreciated please. Answer soon if you can please
