This is an old video from my very first time training parkour, kicking off walls & cork falls at Mats Gym. It was really fun :) Filmed and edited by Shaun Charney. Yes, there are a lot of repeat takes in there. Sorry about that! I know it's annoying.

@DrJackJeckyl Then again, maybe some of us don't have a standard for jumping over things and doing spins. Maybe some like to just appreciate people with more capable bodies than their own. So I would drop that 85% to 10%.
