The well-chosen elements of the original have provided an excellent platform for the remix. Chris has taken it down a slightly harder route, but still retaining a lot of the vibe Nik injected into it. The main riff has been rearranged slightly and the synth work and percussion is more traditional hard house/NRG style, and the bpm has been raised a touch... But the best bit about this remix for me is the bassline. a bit funky in it's rhythm, but still hard enough for late at night, it carries the track along brilliantly. I've listened to the track about 20 times today and I'm still not bored of it! Apparently it took Chris and his engineer Dave Parkinson hours to get it right. Great stuff from Chris, which I can see appealing to a huge range of people.
