In This Episode, Part 2: Our Florida Trip from June to July 1969 - The Holmes family of father (and principal of Sunshine Elementary in South Shore, Kentucky) William C Holmes Jr and wife, Betty Jo and kids, Valerie and Bill III take a trip to Miami, Florida to the historic Vizcaya Museum and Gardens which were built by agricultural Industrialist James Deering. Vizcaya was the winter residence of American industrialist James Deering from Christmas 1916 until his death in 1925. Deering was a Vice President of the International Harvester Company, which produced agricultural equipment. Then a look at The Coconut Grove Playhouse where we saw "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" (I was in my Peanuts comicstrip phaze) and then onto the 1969 Miami Motel's Pool for some doggy paddling! Next we visit the Miami Seaquarium and visit the television set where "Flipper" was filmed! This is a Second Time we visited a "Flipper" in Florida - previously in 1968 we saw a "Flipper" in the Keys.
