facebook chat error

why do I keep getting this error message when chatting on facebook

Please guys, can ANYBODY help me... For more than a week, I can't chat with my friends, I'm always online-offline, online-offline, and my friends can't send me anything :// The worst thing is that it is only a problem in my profile, because anyone who log into facebook from my computer, it works normally, but for me, chat doesn't works :// please help me

@MrKanda90 check your settings, you may have something set to go off when your idle. I never had this problem before though

its because you only have 34 friends

Delete your cache and cookies on your browser, that fixed this shit for me.
