yeah im sorry to say this but girls should wear shinguards and padded pants their bones arent as dense as a males so its easier for them to break their bones...

im a girls lacrosse goalie and i feel better knowing the stopping only 60% is really good. last year was my first year and i was only like 50% or less.and i am i girl and i dont wear protection on my legs, not shin pads or padded pants so i dont no what you are talking about
