Dave and Steve going through a nice little finisher after their power session. Bag dragging, Farmers walks, and the plate push. This last one came courtesy of Jim Smith from Diesel Crew - the plate push really is cruel on the legs. The idea is five trips of each. Trying to get each subsequent round faster NOT slower.

  • Hey Barry was wondering if you could help me, while doing the plate push I'm starting to get very bad strain in my right wrist, sometimes i can't even do a press up from the strain. Should i go see a docter? Stuart from Scotland
