Now for a bit of info about this BEAUTIFUL song.

This is my cover of the song With You from the brand new musical 'GHOST'. Yes that's right, it's a musical based on the hit 1990 film starring Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore. And let me tell you, I have never in my life been more excited to see a show as I am with this. Ever. Ghost is one of my all time favourite movies and I can't believe that it's been produced for the West End stage!

For those of you who haven't seen the movie, Ghost is about a man named Sam who is tragically murdered, his girlfriend Molly is torn apart and beside herself with grief. But love is powerful, and Sam is closer than she thinks. Not yet ready for the afterlife, Sam is a spirit who becomes stuck inbetween two worlds as he watches over Molly.

With You is Molly's song to Sam just after he has died, in which she expresses how now that he has gone, she feel's like he's taken everything with him. This heartbreaking song was too beautiful for me to not try my hand at, and although I could never even touch the incredible Caissie Levy (who plays Molly in the show), I tried my hardest to fit myself into Molly's shoes to portray the character the best I could through this song. It's such an emotional piece, and I know anyone who has lost someone in their lives will be able to relate to these lyrics.

It feels so good to get back to my musical theatre routes and finally post a song from a show. This is what I've always done best and what I love more than anything, I hope to one day be singing songs like this one on a stage for real, so any feedback from you guys would be much appreciated!

I usually defend Caissie in all situations no matter what and i currently have a grudge against the back up Molly because i love Caissie so much but your voice is just stunning

perhaps towards the middle when Molly is a bit pissed you need to put a little more power and more genuine emotion like Caissie but other than that this is flawless. the end left me breathless. very well done sweetie!
