Tom Douglas is a decent chef. One of those guys that makes me proud that I'm from the Pacific Northwest, but I have to agree about the whole skinny chef thing. I work in a kitchen, I taste food, and I've lost fifty pounds in the last year from the workload in the kitchen.

you stupid morron!!!!!!!!!!! chefs are not usually fat becase of their working hours in the kitchen......but they all do taste their foods....pierre white's not fat escoffier is not fat and thomas keller's not fat. dumbass!!!
