  • In America a Biscuit is a breakfast bread that is very soft & fluffy on the inside. We eat them with ham, bacon, Sausage patties or links or eggs & cheese. A Scone (here in America) is a heavy bread that is generally triangular in shape. Cathead is a Southern slang term for "home made" or "not pretty". You can 'lmao' all you want but you are not going to change the dialect of nation by scoffing & proclaiming derivative definitions. What you call biscuits we call cookies. Just different dialects.

  • Wrong glenna..."cat head" refers to the size of the biscuit. I was raised on those things.

That said....those biscuits in the video...are not "cat heads". They're too small.

  • Sister I am concerned that you may have an abdominal hernia like I do It is never told to us women and I am 75 and just been told so passing it on It gets worse as we age so I want to inform you so you can ask for surgery if you want to Loved the video reminds me of my sister in Ohio always in the kitchen making goodies

  • Does she use oil under those? I did notice how it makes a dif what type of pan is used. She used a baking sheet but looks like she added a bit of shorteneing or oil for under them? I tried them tonight after loking up a recipe and they turned out wonderful, thank you for sharing.

  • How a bout a real recipe for some true southern cat head bisquits. Can you share an old family recipe?
