With a fine dining background from Michel's, The Bistro At Century Center and then Kaka'ako Kitchen, Nico caters to a wide range of tastes. He strives to offer something for everyone in his ever-evolving menus.

Inspired by renown Chef Hardy (Michel's at the Colony Surf) and Chef Mavro (Mavro Restaurant), Nico brings fine food to the plate lunch counter. A self proclaimed "French-turned-local" boy, Nico understands Hawai'i's passion for the plate lunch and the proof is in the taste!
