HUD typically charges a person 30 - 40% of their income for the mortgage. They are NOT free. They pay their own maintenance and utilities. They also have to come up with funds for the down payment, inspections, and closing costs. Very low income people get some help with some of those items. This guy is a fricken joke.

I live in the area. I have personally walked into the Quadrant Sales office and into the Tacoma Housing Authority office. I know the websites are real. I doubt you even live within the Tacoma Area Code.

I added the text you see that DEBUNKS all of his nonsense. Things work differently in Pueblo, CO (81006 zip code) than they do here in WA. Salishan is different from other low cost housing that you might be used to. Think what you want, but I know for a FACT that people in the neighborhood do own their own homes.
