Hmmmm. The argument of the 'just war' debated by jurists, thinktanks, academics etc for years and solved by none.

I can give you perhaps one example of a war that never happened that would have been justified. NATO, USA, Europe etc intervening in Rwanda and other Genocidal wars that they ignored. I guess it's easy to ignore a country without oil.
