What about to make others aware of the cause, alot of people who have joined the English Defence League had no idea about it for a long time, right at the start there was 100-150 of us in Birmingham City centre, locals became interested and the English Defence League grew huge in Birmingham, then we went to Manchester/Stoke/Nottingham etc, all the time growing whilst in these places.

My Great Grandad always said, "You're country owes you nothing". He survived the whole of WW1 and fought in Pashendale as a machine gunner. @simyan2012 The EDL has made their values and objectives clear. They have a mission statement on their website. I dont think They should continue to say over and over again that they are not a racist organisation, because people like you will never be satisfied.

you say you're not racists and maybe many of you genuinely are not, but that being said there is no denying the fact that you have allot of racist people in your ranks, an organisation such as this will tend to attract bigots who are looking for trouble.
